S100A10 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human S100A10 Antibody is added and binds to S100A10 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated S100A10 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away

The Human (S100A10) Protein S100-A10 ELISA Kit measures Protein S100-A10 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human S100A10 antibody. S100A10 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human S100A10 Antibody is added and binds to S100A10 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated S100A10 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human S100A10. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

If you have very dry skin that is thin you might consult your Doctor first.

I would not recommend it if you are older and have thin skin or use a medication that might make your skin particularly thin. The first time I used it Ionly used one application, However the next time I put one coat on then because my skinn felt like it was too dry I applied another and as I rubbed it it seemed that my skin wad rubbing ogg and looked like when you wash mud off.
