Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier?s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer?s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. Love these but be aware ...
Bought some of these on a recent UK cruise and loved them. Ordered online once we returned to US. Unfortunately USPS delivery vans are not air conditioned and these arrived with the chocolate melted. Once they cooled the chocolate hardened and rivaled the best industrial adhesive for sticking them whole pack together. Had to break them apart. Not the fault of the manufacturer or the shipper, but beware.
