The PMHD-M Ceiling Projector Mount makes it easier to install projectors in classrooms, boardrooms, hospitality and other areas where presentations and videos are used. Made of heavy-gauge cold-rolled steel, it’s durable and offers the ultimate support and positioning for most any projector. The PMHD-M also has a quick release function allowing the projector to be installed in minutes and easily released for maintenance without having to re-align the projector. Initially when I filed the claim online, I was erroneously informed to contact the manufacturer because I was still under their warranty. I learned that I was not. I just had to return the defective device to them, they provided all prepaid UPS slip and I took it to UPS. They sent an Amazon gift card (via email) less than 48 hours after my UPS drop off.
