The Rat F9 (Coagulation Factor Ⅸ) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat F9. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat F9 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat F9, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat F9. You can calculate the concentration of Rat F9 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I absolutely love this watch! My grandson also loved mine so I bought him one for Christmas. This is the 4th Citizen watch I have purchased. 2 are ecodrive and 2 are battery powered. It looks and performs beautifully. This watch is classy, elegant and beautiful and it's not a giant timepiece although you may have to take it to your local jeweler for band sizing. There's videos on u tube but I don't recommend trying that for taking links out. I say beautiful because as a woman wearing this watch it's not overwhelming and screaming look at me I'm wearing a man's watch. However this watch is handsome looking on men, my husband and grandson lol. The band is smooth, doesn't kink or pinch my wrist and when fitted properly it doesn't end up face down or sliding over and staying over on the outside of my wrist. Only drawback for me is I'm not used to the day dial and sometimes when setting the time bc some months are shorter I tend to be a day ahead, easy fix. I've gotten lots of compliments on this watch and would definitely buy it again
