Hoe gebruik ik de Cabau Lifestyle Creatine?

De Cabau Lifestyle Creatine is smaakloos en daardoor makkelijk te mixen met water, sap of je favoriete koude drank. Voeg het toe aan een Protein Shake of Pre-workout en je bent klaar om te knallen!

Er zijn twee fases waarin je creatine gebruikt:

  1. Laadfase (dag 1 t/m 5)
     Neem 20 gram per dag, verdeeld over 4 momenten (4 scoops van 5 gram)
  2. Onderhoudsfase (vanaf dag 6)
     Neem dagelijks 1 scoop van 5 gram, bij voorkeur rond je training

Wat is creatine?

Update: I’ve now used 2 sticks. I won’t be buying again. Although I like how convenient this moisturizer is, the price is too high for the amount you get.
