Il sorso è fresco e goloso, piuttosto morbido, con aromi di piccoli frutti rossi e sensazioni di ginepro.A partire dal 1999 la famiglia Folonari ha iniziato ad acquistare terreni nel comune di Castagneto Carducci, in provincia di Livorno, in prossimità del mare Tirreno, ricadenti all’interno dell’area di produzione del Bolgheri DOC, nasce così Campo al Mare. Si tratta di una zona che gode di un clima molto favorevole, regolato dal vicinissimo Mar Tirreno. I terreni, a carattere argilloso/sabbioso, guardano al mare e presentano delicate pendenze verso di esso, un territorio che ha manifestato, ormai da alcuni anni, una particolare predisposizione ad esaltare i vitigni classici impiegati nel bordolese. Il rosato è il vero vino storico di Bolgheri, precursore dei grandi rossi della costa. Ottenuto da merlot, dopo la diraspatura i grappoli vengono pressati in maniera soffice per evitare l’estrazione dei tannini, la fermentazione avviene in acciaio con macerazione su fecce fini. Il Bolgheri Rosato DOC 2016 di Campo al Mare racconta al meglio la costa toscana, le sue tradizioni, e ci trasporta con gli aromi tra le quelle splendide pinete.
Perfetto con primi piatti delicati oppure con carni bianche. Lo consigliamo accanto ad uno spaghetto alla chitarra con ragù bianco piccante di pesci del Tirreno.

The Essential Heat Press Tape for Perfect Sublimation!

As someone who regularly works with sublimation, I know how crucial it is to have a heat press tape that actually works. After using this tape, I can say it's an indispensable item in my arsenal of tools.
